Our role

Sasti Land is a property brokerage service. We connect buyers and sellers in Gujranwala and help complete deals through site visits and negotiation support. We are not the owner of the properties listed unless stated otherwise.

Commission

Our commission is charged only on a successfully completed deal. The commission amount or rate, who pays it, and the payment schedule are agreed with both parties in a written agreement before the deal is finalized. No commission is due if a deal does not complete.

Listings

A seller may only list a property they own or are authorized to sell. Every listing is reviewed by our team before publication. Prices (demands) are set by sellers and can change; final prices are decided by negotiation between buyer and seller.

Enquiries & site visits

All enquiries are handled by our consultants. Site visits are arranged at mutually convenient times. Buyers and sellers agree not to bypass the brokerage after being introduced through this platform for the same property.

Accuracy

We aim to keep listing information accurate, but buyers should verify property documents and details during the deal process. Local brokerage, licensing and contractual requirements apply as per applicable law.
